Default halfwit just revealed that Shabby is bi-polar.

I know someone who is bi-polar and while watching Shabby in the house I was wondering if she had it or not. Then on t!inychat just now, I'm watching Freddy and he said he was talking to her and she said she was bi-polar and he told her he suspected she did. She's a friend of his now.

She never told the producers but I could see she had all the symptoms of it, I'm glad we finally know that all of those mood swings weren't over nothing and were real.

If she is really bi polar, especially going into the house. She would have her meds, and take them regularly. I know a girl who is bi polar, and she didnt know until like 17. BUt with her meds, you can hardly tell.

Lots of people claim to be bi polar, use it as an excuse for their behaviour. Not saying shabby isnt, but if she was, she would have to tell the producers, because they have to take medicine for it. Especially in the BB environment, it would be impossible not to.

I was wondering about this a minutes ago after I saw her on t.v. In the house she used to get very stressed, but there was a lot of warmth to her usually.

My niece has aspergers and (I think) ADHD, she gets very stressed sometimes but is, the rest of the time a very loving, gentle little girl andso knowing what I do about My niece, it made Me think that there was more to Shabby's anger than met the eye, she never seemed to Me to be doing it specifically to hurt someone emotionally, unlike jj, she took herself off to an empty corner, or the nest to let rip whereas jj aims his anger squarely at people.

Never really thought about it before or anything, but she does actually sort of seem like she could have it. Aww.

A Bi-Polar person could not last more than 24-48 hours without their DAILY diet of medications without substantial reaction..........it's DEFINITELY not that. She would have to have been taking them in the DR.

It is conceivable that her dosages were proving inadequate within the higher-pressure environment.

The proper diagnosis is 'spoiled rich bitch attention-whoring thuggery'. Symptoms include brutally commandeering a television program by seeking and usurping any attention from anyone by yelling "MEEEEEEE IM SHABBBYYY" and climbing on furniture to spread open your anus to the camera's and demanding they EFFING LOOK AT THAT!

That's exactly it Joe - there is a difference between someone who is diagnosed as Bi-Polar and on a regime of medication/therapy, as opposed to characterising someone as" a bit Bi-Polar" just because they act in 'brattish' way or not to the widely accepted 'standards' that folk generally keep out of respect for others

Shabby is the type that would take that kind of label and run with it. She didn't seem to have mood problems, maybe a few anger problems. But there were no extreme highs or no extreme lots. A lot seemed forced really. People just to these diagnosis' too quickly. And this came from Freddie Fisher? LOL Apprently Shabby "told him", she really needs to get over herself.

Thats exactlyu what I said. So she could be bi polar, but if she says she didnt tell the production about it, then its probably not true. She would have to tell them, or she wouldnt be able to cope for sure.

As InOne suggested, if she did even make this claim about herself, it's more likely that it's more a case of a handy self-diagnosed tag to pin her bad behaviour on than a recognised medical condition

Unless it's diagnosed it's just amateur psychology, the kind you get alot from people viewing the show.

I didn't say anything though because I don't really know much about Aspergers, ADHD, etc. I just kept thinking that Shabby wasn't just getting angry to be cruel because she seemed to rage at "things" not people-like when she was told off for rule breaking and was reading the welcome pack in the nest, she threw it on the floor and shouted "I don't understand", and when she had to give her hat up for cigarettes, she went to the nest to let rip.

Around people though she was much calmer, she was angry at BB over her hat, but she wasn't loud and abusive, and I remember her diliberately walking away from people if she was angry with them, like when she was angry with Nathan.

If no one takes attention of this, she'll be claiming she's Tri Polar this time next week.
