In the second show tomorrow night the housemates will see the audition tapes of the 6 on standby and will decide which 3 should come into the house.

oh god why? this is absolutely horrible. Housemates will only chose the ones to serve their purposes and the new ones won't get a chance. I hope it's not true

That would be horrible if it's true. As if the housemates know who to pick, it should be down to us, the people who are actually watching the show.

I'm fine with it:

-It makes the intruders work for their place

-HMs will have some kind of connection to the newcomers, you know a hot person is in

-If they pick boring HMs, they'll likely be threats. If they pick non-threats, they'll likely be fun to watch.

-MOST IMPORTANTLY: Casting wouldn't do a better job of choosing the three from six, anyways.

i dont think its a good idea...unless the HMs are separated and then shown the videos and then told to vote, then maybe ot could be good otherwise NO NO NO, some will just try to influence others, like mario will beg everyone for a gay dude, josie will want the ugliest, fattest female...icant

I agree, I don't like the fact that the current housemates choose. Josie is going to want the ugliest girl to go in (or no girl at all) so that way there is no competition for her. Mario is going to want a gay guy. It's not going to be good.

Yeah, that might be the best part of the whole process. I can see them picking the "nicest", "least irritating" ones though...which could turn out boring (unless they have six nutters to choose from!).

Most HMs appear a bit nutty in their VTs, and VTs aren't that reliable as to how someone will be in the house either.

Yeah, true...the producers always get em to "ham it up" for their VTs.
There are different levels of "nuttiness" though...

Wouldnt be that bad but i just wish we got to vote for two and then the housemates picked the last one. I feel sorry for the ones who fail to make it yet again, how embarrasing for them

I agree. I think two should be picked by producers though and the 3rd one can be picked out of a group of 4.

Mario will want the gay guy, regardless if he looks interesting or not, and theyre only gonna choose those that seem really nice or they met before the show. And I agree, we can rule out attractive girls with Josie there |:

So the producers have *****ed up again and missed a trick big time.

They should have got the public to ring in for the ones they want to go in the house, the three with the highest number of votes goes in - that way the control is with the public, NOT the HMs who have their own agendas.

No no no, this is just pathetic! Yet again the producers have cocked it up. The only way it could've worked would've been for us to vote who we want in; the housemates will pick the worst 3, and nothing will be gained from this. They'll pick who they want to see in there (which means no threats etc.), and not who we want to see in there.

For God sake, yet again, way to go producers(!)
