Default Sick of healthy food adverts?

Am i the only one sick of the healthy food advertising..

I know its good because there is too many unhealthy people nowadays..

But its everywhere telling you to eat healthy..
Mcdonalds even tries to make itself sound healthy now..

Its everywhere.

Sometimes its nice to indulge on UNhealthy food.

I find British adverts extremely patronising with almost everything, but especially healthy eating. They think we're all idiots.

'Safe Food' some ******ing organization that came to my school years ago and gave me a pencil case... Have got some new campaign going.

One of the adverts shows someone fat, they look like Mario Mugan's best mate actually, she's holding a skinny dress against her huge body and it's like saying 'You would loose weight for a wedding.. Now, Do it for life'

And Ironically, I was on a bus and saw this MASSIVE woman standing by herself beside a bus stop next to that advert and it was quite funny.

But they are so patronising it's not 'You'd loose weight for a wedding, Why not loose it for life?'

It's proper forcing you 'You'd loose weight for a wedding, Loose it for life!'

Any idiot with a brain knows what's good and bad for you, I don't see why loads of money needs to be spent on campaigns telling us what we can and can't eat and how much of it we should or shouldn't eat.

We can't think for ourselves these days, in any aspect of society really. I won't say anymore though because it annoys me and I could moan about it for pages and pages.

I'm sick of health 'risks' being shoved down our throats everyday full stop. I've heard such ridiculous claims. "You can't eat more than X amount of meat a week" "you can't eat more than X amount of eggs a day" .... it never ends. Every single bloody day I can guarentee a health risk of somesort on the news will be announced. What gets me is one of the biggest risks to health is stress. So what does the news and the 'professionals' give us? Stress? Every fecking day!

Problem is nowadays some dont know or choose not to listen..
There is too many unhealthily overweight people around now, but it doesnt mean i should be subjected to healthy food being forced down me..

As you can see i lost the fat round my face, and have basically none on my stomach now.

I look much better, though i did like being bigger. im almost as strong now and i weight a stone and half less which is great.

You do look very different 30S. I suppose it's how you feel thats the main thing. I was overweight by a couple of stone myself about 2 or 3 years ago. Now I actually worry if I lose weight. I'm spot on average for my height but I've dropped lower through illness before and looked dreadful I hate it. I like average or slightly bigger for me. But am a size 10 and feel OK. Trouble is even at size 10 people always comment on me being so small. I can't win!
