I can't get to sleep after I have been on the laptop!

So.. I either watch tv, watch a film or read a book which tries to help me get to sleep

If I still can't sleep then I listen to my ipod or if I am feeling "in the mood" I masturbate.

Haven't done it in ages but love reading in a hot bubbly bath. I watch Columbo or Poirot if I just want to veg at the telly for awhile if I don't have a film or documentary that needs to be watched.
