Song Star 2 is just around the corner and the final 6 contestants have been picked although you won't find out who they are until Saturday Night,

I can give you some clues from their application forms!



Why do you want to take part in this year's series?
Hopefully I think I could be a contender and it may inject some life into the forum.

Why do you want to take part in this year's series?
Because i enjoyed it last time, it's a great game, and i'm ready to kick some arse.


When I asked if they will be available for 4 Weeks to play the game, they all said yes and one contestant replied, 'Indeedy, shame more couldn't play though!'

So then I asked them who they're favourite artist was and TWO contestants both said Alanis Morissette!

What type of music do you listen to?

Anything from pop, jazz, classical, trance, psy-trance...

What type of music do you listen to?

Rap/Indy/Rock/Metal

I went on to ask the contestants what song they would choose to sing if they were in the bottom 2,

One of our contestants would sing Shania Twain's 'You're Still The One' whilst another would sing Frank Sinatra's classic 'I Did It My Way!'

Good choice contestants, another one of them said their song choice would depend on who he was up against in the sing off and then gave a cheeky wink


When I asked what kind of music our contestants could not stand,
One said RnB whilst another said 'Cheesy Bubblegum Pop' however FOUR of our contestants told me they HATED Metal!

Do you think you could win Song Star 2?
