Very good question. I'd say Big Brother, seeing as it broadcast in more countries than X Factor is.

Big Brother.

It has been around longer than the X Factor, It is done in more countries, It got more people talking in 2000 - 2006 than The X Factor has done in the past few years even though it does seem pretty popular, The housemates are 10 times more entertaining and relevant than the XF Contestants and people would be typing it in to get news, forums or see pictures of the girls after they've left the house.

So yes, Big Brother.

Another reason is people would type in 'Big Brother House' or 'This is Big Brother' or 'Nikki Grahame Big Brother' or 'Davina from Big Brother' etc etc

Big Brother would be slapped onto something to narrow down their search.

You type in Cher Lloyd into google now you get about 30000+ results.

So yeah Big Brother wins.
