I know I'm a bit biased - wanting to black bag her and send her down the river in a trolley and all that - but she just looks so ... un superstar like. I think it's the eyes. They are so tired and somewhat stupid looking. She looks thick. Yeah, that's it. A bit dim. This pseudo lusty blank, lifeless expression has become her default one.

I actually like the font.

*Hides under table from torrent of abuse*

But I think that after this, she really needs to make an edgy, out there sort of album. As much as I like it, this synthesiser heavy and frankly quite forgettable music she's bringing out is getting boring. I wanna see something from her that has more substance, something deep.

I thought seen as the album was called "Femme Fatale" she would be covered in blood half dead or something.

Designers don't even try anymore. What happened to the well thought out art on the covers. Now it's just a "glamorous" photo with some trying-to-be-fancy-but-it-aint-working font. It looks no different to Rihanna's except it was red.
Where the originality gone? Probably wherever the good music went to.

It's a horrid cover that doesn't go with the name at all, the colours are all wrong as they should have gone for darker tones and reds with a name like 'Femme Fatale'. The font is disgusting and that picture is boring.

Why does everything on this forum have to turn into Gaga vs Britney?

But in all serious I don't like the cover or the font which is a shame seeing as I will be buying it. Femme Fatale is a good title but she looks drugged in the photo, it should have been a far distance shot instead of a close up. I would have expected to see her in a raunchy, supergirl-esque costume for the cover but no. She really has a bad creative team working for her.

I prefer the cover of Hold it against me, to the Femme Fatale one.

Agree with above post about it always turning into Gaga vs Britney. It used to be Britney vs Christina but with Christina out of the picture its Gaga now. They are totally different, the only thing they have in common is they appeal to pop and are female.

It's a term for a seductive woman - there's loads of films and mythology based around men being led to their deaths by women, take the sirens of ancient Greece for example.

I like the picture and font of the 2nd picture. It flatters her because I don't think she's all that pretty these days.
