I cant even hear what he says at that point, they're just speaking over each other, he's just trying to get people interested I think, or does he say something after the bit at 3:30? I stopped watching because the video wasnt loading properly

No, it's not the point. He is trying to draw attention to his channel by being coy and giving open, wide remarks about rumours.

It's nothing shocking and it's certainly not confirmation.
