Emma Willis has revealed that she felt overwhelmed when Davina McCall praised her.

The presenter explained that she wanted to "kiss" McCall after she suggested that Willis should take over from her as the Big Brother host.

McCall said previously: "Any channel that picks up Big Brother would be a very lucky channel. But I think I've said goodbye."

Willis explained to Star magazine how grateful she was to McCall, saying: "I just wanted to kiss her! That was a really massive compliment."

When asked what her ideal job would be, the 35-year-old responded: "I think Big Brother or The Xtra Factor would be amazing, but so far I haven't been approached."

Willis also insisted that it would be "amazing" if Charlie Sheen entered the Big Brother house.

She added: "I was reading that they want Charlie Sheen! He would be amazing, I love Charlie. Well, I loved him in Two and a Half Men, anyway."
