For the sake of it stopping manipulation by the editors and it actually being factually correct, bring it back.

I'd like some live on TV like E4 had but would never watch it 24/7 nor online

I thought it had been ruled out ??

I'm amazed that any broadcaster, anywhere in the world, would consider signing a deal for the show without a live feed being a done deal from the outset. The crew are working 24/7, the pictures are being produced. It's easy television that creates a series buzz without any need for extra promotion.

Would be nice to have the option to though wouldn't it? When you can't sleep or when there's nothing on or when you can't get out because of an early snow spell? And it's impossible to deny that it generated a lot of coverage for the show with the ability to write several exclusives without having to pay anyone for inside info.

Even without the live feed a constant source of news updates would be pouring out onto the forum from YouTube, Facebook, the official site etc anyway.

I don't see your point.

the only issue with that.
all from Endemols Point of view.the same company that last year wanted everyone to love josie.

Totally cutting out her ruthless side.Editing down to seconds the role she played in Keeva finally leaving the house.this IMO is the biggest problem Endemols constant messing around with events really damaged the trust.

you hear about Events but the way they want those events to be played out not 'as is' thats the real issue. It was well known most of the reporters from the Sun and Mirror would use the LUT's to source a BB story because they were reported in such a detailed and non biased manner.

Yeah I agree. I was just saying to Keith that you know ... complaining that Live Feed causes spoilers to leak out before the main show airs is baseless as spoilers would leak out anyway.

But as you say biased spoilers. These daft ten second video tidbits blanketed by thirty seconds of advert that they think we enjoy so much are frivilous and in no way a replacement for the feed.

The feed is irreplaceable.

The thing is no one minds if there is live feed where as people do mind if there isn't.

Even if one doesn't like to watch the live feed at least it reassures the fact that the prejudiced editing isn't so prominent. It gives people an option to see the truth in people or the entertaining sides of a few certain housemates picked by editors.
Also it sticks to the original concept of always being watched by the public so without it I feel its not even doing the housemates justice because they have to actually live in isolation for that long but only 45 minutes of their day is actually being shown.

And in my opinion I would rather see the average moments of life in the house rather than the over organised cheesy tasks they set for them.

last year when they kept it on the mutated duvet for hours and hours I think that was Endemol giving us the Bird.

Its baffling to think this issue is only a UK one.If C5 do go ahead and not provide a Feed I really cant see BB coping with all the other Shows it will face.could endup a right turkey for them

Yeah, but if you don't go on facebook or youtube, you can't see spoilers. I see what your saying though. A lot of people might want Live feed but id say a lot of people would just like a quality highlights package each night too.

But for there to a highlights package there has to a be a live feed, without a live feed, there's very little for fans to talk about, without much for fans to talk about and without a live feed, the press can only report stories sourced from the site, with none of the stories being unique to them and reported in The Star and OK! anyway, they don't report on it and people are able to avoid it because it's only on 5 so viewers don't tune in and the show gets axed again.

(As we saw in 2009 but still some of us haven't learned, unfortunately there won't be a third chance on Sky, if fans continue to accept what their given, it's gone forever)

I agree with that. Without live feed during the day, you could possibly come on here without much spoilers. At night it would be OK. I understand people want one for 24/7 and that is fine.

I just don't think everyone wants that.
