Behind it all, the thing that got me: was despite those fiming it and in the background, never at one point, despite the hell and destruction unfolding - not once did I hear one of the swear or curse. ...worse word I heard was 'sh*t'.
Hearing the woman in the apartment sobbing was completey heart wrenching. Tragic beyond belief and I my heart goes out to everyone that's been affected personally, in having lost loved ones or having been maimed by these awful attacks on this most hellish of anniversary.

The sounds of all the sirens makes me sad. I never knew how loud it was. She's like 50 floors up so can you imagine how loud it would have been on the ground? It must have felt like the world was ending. Truly awful
and what else brakes my heart is how at the end she mentions how they are gone. I can't imagine seeing them outside your house for so many years and for them to just crumble within 2 hours. Its just so unexpected and so so sad.
