Default Tom thinks the HMs have put Aaron on a pedestal

1601: Most of the housemates are talking evictions. Tom thinks they've all put Aaron 'on a pedestal' due to past weeks' votes #BBUKLIVE

No Tom, the housemates put Aaron, not on a pedestal but up for eviction 3 times, the voting public however have put Aaron on the 'pedestal' of gaining the most votes each time from them.

I thought Tom was bit more intelligent enough to work that one out.

Tom is just trying to get them all to nom Aaron imo.

It would be very funny if the result was Aaron V Tom

Agreed. He has the gall to say that after all the slagging off that's been going on behind Aaron's back. Deluded or what?

Yeah, that's why he's tied for the most nominations this series.

in all honesty, if the other HMs have any sense they will steer clear of nomming Aaron and Harry, just in case they themselves find them up against them in a two way eviction....wonder if any of them are that clever..

Indeed.....

or....we have the other side of the coin: the deluded housemates that thing they would be able to take Aaron on and win...... (ie: Tom and of course, Neanderthal man Jay who has said time and time again that he has wanted to go head to head on eviction night with Aaron).

unfortunately I think the Harry v Aaron scenario is the most likely....whoever survives that one and it would be close, should find themselves in the final...

As much as I like Harry, him going would be better for Aaron in terms of winning. They could split votes for the final.

If we have the Harry V Aaron eviction...whichever survives (I think) would top the winners odds. As a lot of Harry fans would switch to Aaron and vice versa, so whichever survives would get a much bigger fanbase.

I think you're right, I prefer Harry but if he was to go I would probably support Aaron

Obviously Tom thinks what he thinks as a result of PAST events and is talking about how things stand right NOW. What you are talking about is past events.

I thought it came across as pretty obvious as to what Tom was saying.

I also think Tom is right... I think they all do consider Aaron the one to fear based on his past eviction results. Who would want to be put up against him now? And assuming that, who would nominate him based on the chance they were up as well.

We will see whether he is right or wrong though in this weeks noms I guess, when we see how many go for him.

though they dont know who is most popular Faye or Harry - they know Aaron has come out tops - with Faye behind him in that particular week's vote with 5 hms.

The fact that Jem also beat Anton and Jay, might throw them off kilter a bit....... we're seeing it from the outside - as we know who is showing more popular (and why.... ie Jem, not popular, but viewers voted her to stay to get rid of Anton or Jay and it worked) - they've got a different perspective to work from.

After all, Jay and Anton said they thought Faye came across as annoying - so by their reckoning, Faye shouldn't have beaten either of them.

It's a mish mash of scenarios !!

I dont see Aaron vs Harry unless Jem noms them both which would make her the biggest spoilt brat in there.I dont think Jay will vote Aaron for the simple fact he is sh!te scared to go up against him and I don't think he could convince Tom or Louise to nom Alex vs Aaron.

If the PKs block vote I expect Jay/Louise ... Jay/Tom or if Aaron can work some magic a Geordie double

In my opinion, if I was in the house, I would be thinking that over the last 2 weeks now, Aaron has topped the votes cast in a 5 way eviction and Harry had topped the votes cast in a 4 way eviction.

My best hope would be that both would shoot themselves in the foot by the final but one thing I would steer well clear of and that would be nominating them for another vote, you can never be sure there will only be 2 housemates up for eviction or that housemates have nominated who they indicate they will.

That leaves a high risk of someone being up against one or both as to Aaron and Harry and that would on the last 2 weeks likely mean goodbye to any other housemate up against them.
That's not clever,it's common sense.

Aye, you're right again Joey. They should stay well clear of Harry and Aaron for their nominations - in case someone else lands up as a 3rd person going against them.

Tom as two different sides.. the sneaky and sly side and the floater side where he just licks Alex's arse all day

Jay has already said to Aaron, that he and Harry should go up this week to see who is most popular, so don't think for a second he hasn't been filling other HM's head with that, also.
