It is not about closeness with Aaron it is all about winning.
He would want Harry out as he knows he is his biggest competition.

Faye..he's told Harry he'd be lost without him in there...I don't think he feels the same about Faye...in fact, with recent events, he may even think himself that a break would be good to clear his head

I actually did think about it, he'll be upset if either goes of course, but I think he'll feel a certain sense of relief if Faye goes although of course he'll miss her..that's as much as I can guess without being inside his head

Yes..but that was before Jem came in and the mother noms, he also seems to be starting to see their relationship in a different light i.e. wondering if their compatible...it is my opinion..he'll be upset at either going but I believe their will be a sense of relief at Faye going now as opposed to if she had of went a couple of weeks ago

Exactly. He does not need her now. He knows perfectly well that a young woman would hope to have children. He has a child. So why was he shocked that Faye wanted children.
His wife gave a good interview on Aaron and dismissed many of the things he says. That is why Faye's family were so worried about her being used in this way.
