Kelly has definitely been spoken to by the producers
I imagine Simon's ultimatum was probably true
Shes a lot more positive tonight, I'm really liking her again just like I did back in the auditions. Shes not bringing a bad energy to the panel and the whole show like she has in most other live shows
Gary is still a prick though
