There's also the girl who was in the film Dirty Dancing. She got surgery and she no longer looked like herself, so she didn't get big movie roles again.

My brother was devastated! He loved Jennifer Gray and thought her little hookey nose was cute. She is unrecognisable now, you're right. Although she isn't a bloody mess like some of these on this thread.

As in all cases like this - Michael Jackson is a prime example - these people clearly have issues, and the cosmetic surgeons who agreed to work on them (money being their prime motivator, probably) should be prosecuted.

I don't know why anyone would choose to get cosmetic surgery on their face really, most of the time people look worse then they did before.
