This image of him being a ladies man, doesn't make sense to me. Is he actually considered good looking by British standards??

He looks like an obnoxious dirty teenager to me, what's hot about him, and how is he a "ladies man"???

I don't find him physically attractive, they should cut his hair really short while he's in the house, he might look a lot better then, the hair does nothing for him. He hasn't got an especially attractive face, but again a haircut might change that to some degree, it just does not suit him. Also he is scruffy. Needs a total makeover.

I don't find him good looking personally, i suppose i can get why some young ish girls may be attracted to him but that'll be more his 'reputation' rather than his looks!
