It's been a weird season anyway during CBB. I think it'll pick up more again in May time.

I was saying earlier it seems a lot quieter already so yeah I think it will be pretty dead, I much prefer on season tbh the forum always seems to be buzzing then.

I usually prefer off season, but I won't be on here much longer, so if it stays quiet it's easier for me to leave.

I guess off season is good when games are on and you're in one of them. Other than that though it can be pretty dead at times

Seems during off-season people look forward to on-season and then after a few weeks of it everyone looks forward to off-season again I think there's a bit of a come-down straight after BB where the posting is noticeably less than it was but hopefully things will pick up a bit, BB starts a bit earlier this year as well I think

Not on my watch they don't. If it's an actual serious debate I usually remove the stupid comments/gifs.

I have noticed one thing, not many of the newer members have discovered the other parts of the forum. It seems to be mainly the same faces this time around, with a few sadly missing.

Seems to be a few people who used to post in Serious Debates who don't come on anymore, people like BB Eye, and Zippy, it's normally just UK vs America rubbish in there now

Yeah most seem to just totally switch off from here and not come back until the next one is on. I remember when I first joined I only posted in the BB section, never looked at the other forums.

There are long stretches of time these days where I refresh the main page every so often literally waiting for a thread to post in. It's the lowest I've ever seen the place.

And some of the people that are doing the posting and taking over as regulars ... well ...

Got to agree with all that's been said above.

I enjoy the robust, cut and thrust of the serious debates section: but I am sick to the back teeth of them being ruined by x/y/z fms posting irrlevant gifs, supposed 'funny' comments nothing to do with the serious side of the debate, posters being allowed to continually throw insults around as well as the all too well known fms that turn any thread that mentions race/colour/creed into a UK vs. america thread. The latter is something I have raised time and time again since i joined - and still it happens constantly......

I don't think it take a genius to work out where the problem lies and why people aren't that interested.

Eh this forum feels really boring at the moment.

I think it's cos I gave up on CBB8 & BB12 so I didn't miss on-season last year. But now, Urrgh I want it back.
