Default The BB10 Hype back in 2009

The hype to BB10 was so good like on here everyone was so pumped for it and these trailers which aired in the May of that year - were brilliant, the way they built up.

Even the fact that the house pictures were so bare due to that twist and this was the first year we had no house teasers - it was so mysterious and ******ing awesome.

Is it so much to ask that they return to this kind of advertising? Which new graphics every year, new eye and creating a real hype about the series.

I mean I'm not saying they can't pull it off anymore - because they can, but they need to stop with the silly BB11 Funeral Themed task, you know featuring housemates? And go back to the proper Hello Charlie graphics here.

BB10 TiBB was at it's best around that time.

I miss the whole hype with a new eye/eye teasers as well, hope we get them back for BB13.

All the Channel 5 adverts have been terrible so far. I completely agree they need to go back to Hello Charlie graphics with a good eye logo. They also need to go back to using a Daniel Eatock eye rather than that awful metallic cloud eye. The hype for Big Brother 10 was great!

Obviously I wasn't on TiBB at the time but I remember me & some of my mates who watch BB were hyped for BB10 because of all the promos and the amazing eye and how ace BB9 was, however BB10 itself was one of the worst series ever.

But I'm sure TiBB was fun at the time, however I wouldn't know hehe

Erm what?

Bar the fact there was very little live-feed it had some amazing house-mates and storylines.

BB10, 3rd best series ever, after the obvious 2 that could never be beat.

No no no! It was too diverse and they chucked anyone in that series (Tom?? who the f was he!) I like a subtle but not too subtle mix of HMs. Plus I hated Rodrigo & Angel

And when you compare it to the EPIC housemates of BB9, the housemates of BB10 were so tacky and cheap

And in regards to what I said about chucking in any HMS in bb10, you'd probably say the same occured in BB8, but the difference is that BB8 in majority had lots of quality HMs and it was much funnier and controversial

It is supposed to be diverse, who'd want to see a bunch of Louise and Suzie's running around the house? NO THANK YOU.

BB9 was amazing because B-Block dominated for the series, I couldn't be doing with another series with the likes of Bex, Luke, Stuart, Dale and Slyvia, whoever chose Stuart and Slyvia need shooting.

Yeah I hated Stuart cos he was prick and he so deserved that crowd surf fail, but Sylvia was great!

BB10 was one of my favourites. Huge, amazing tasks weren't needed because the housemates were that *****ing great. The only thing I disliked was the stunt of chucking that C*ck Issac in there, but he was gone after a day so it didn't matter.

BB10 in theory shouldn't have been great because clearly the producers had lost interest in the show at that point, but all the hype on TiBB when it was on and the housemates themselves is what made it amazing.

And I mean, it was the series that brought us the Irrepressible Dark Horse, who could not love it for that

It felt like a more basic big brother, and didn't rely on twins or married couples to 'entertain'.
