Anyone read this collection and love them as much as I do?
There are seven book in total; Gunslinger, Drawing of the Three, Waste Lands, Wizard and Glass, Wolves of the Calla, Song of Susannah, the Dark Tower.

Are you taking the actual piss? It's not often many comments piss me off, but that there was one of them. How bloody idiotic saying horror and fantasy are a waste of time for an educated mind.

I actually was about to go into a whole rant about horror and fantasy, lol.
You should definitely check them out though, they aren't his usual style of writing and it's more fantasy than horror. http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...ies-collection

I will read them, maybe next year though, as I've a fair few things on my to-read list at the moment.
And I did start the series before but I don't think I gave it a chance and stopped after 30 pages or so.

The first book is quite slow going, but it's not very long. It's setting the scene for the rest of the series.
