Default drought - could this be the solution ?

UK drought 17.4.12

forget Africa,
and the land where it is baking,
how can the UK be on drought,
is Michael Fish faking.
the UK is known for it,
its a odds on bet,
364 days of the years,
its guaranteed to be windy and wet.
is this happening,
do reservoirs have a lid,
or is there not enough,
do we need add more to the national grid.
we can only ever build,
housing and accommodating,
and our need for water,
well its part of life and our recreation.
who no's what's in store,
the weather is unpredictable and scam-in,
could it happen here,
where everything is dry and we are on famine.
i have to end positive,
and i wont mention the waste and the leak,
and if i was to predict flooding,
would you think i am a freak.
when it rains in we flood,
and when its dry we are on drought,
this is the UK weather,
this is nature, god emailed me, what its all about.

( after watching the news last night - i had this brain wave ? instead of building more housing why dont we dig a few more wholes and let them fill by the rain and it might help ease the water shortage )
