"One by one, President Bashar al-Assad’s representatives in capitals across the world, ranging from Washington to Berlin and from London to Canberra, were ordered to pack up and leave.
The “coordinated move” to ostracise the regime was designed to “send a stark message” of revulsion over the Houla killings, said a Foreign Office spokesman. " http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worl...rn-action.html So will it matter? No the Leader wil carry on in secret killings. Can America Help? No best Not, this nation is near Iran. Sign Of The Times. I absolutely agree. The incredibly sad part are those innocents left - but I am in agreeance, we can't solve all the worlds' problems and deal with all the despots. We neither have the money, the resources and too many soldiers and military personnel have been killed getting involved.
It's been proven time and time again that us doing so, resolves very little - if not even making things worse. |

I'm not convinced that the rebels played no part in the massacre, most of the dead were killed at close range not from the regime's shelling and the rebels have a strong presence there, they've also carried out atrocities before, although it could also well be the case that it is Assad supporters who he doesn't seem able to control. It's all a very complex and murky affair and it's hard to determine the truth about what's happening there, it just seems to be getting more and more out of hand
