I think Harvey is well aware of past HMs pranks in the DR and the shopping list. He just thought it would be funny for the public. It backfired and he looked a right idiot with his silly giggle. Horrible person.

It's old... but Harvey did put a new slant on it. Sneak into the diary room, change the stuff that all the housemates have agreed on, then when the others moan, accuse them of not being willing to compromise. Oh, and do it in a gangsta stylie. D'ya get me?
