Quand il pleut, il pleut

..what did you spend it on..?
..did you have to earn it by doing chores and stuff...or do you have generous parents that just shared their wealth with you, for doing nothing other than just exsisting and being fabulously you...? |

We had to earn our pocket money but making our beds and keeping hoovering, dusting etc. I think we got £2 a week which was pretty generous then. I used to spend mine on comics and penny tray sweets.
We could earn extra by doing bigger jobs like cleaning the car and cleaning the "pan cupboard" which was all very well till I scratched my dads car pretty badly by cleaning the roof with a mop!!!

Pocket change from time to time, and jobs early on, much earlier than the allowed age of 16. We worked hard for earnings, and spent what we made poorly. "Ah, silly youth. Mistakes made back then are what makes my budgets extra tight and efficient, but feasible." :-) <--- another quote from Sir Buzzkillington.
