Watched last night in 3d and was just amazing. Enjoyed every second of it my only criticism would be PJ used slightly more CGI then I would have liked but beside that it was pretty perfect would say it was even better then the first LOTR

Was laughing my head off when I heard this from the trolls



Also the dwarves were so epic and has inspired me to set up another crew

A lot of people who don't like it for some reason are comparing it to LOTR which is totally wrong. The Hobbit was a different story altogether and was aimed at a much younger audience so is not as dark as LOTR and tries more humour. That said there was more then enough action in the film the only down side being PJ used a bit too much CGI for my liking although Gollum looks AMAZING

Oh I saw it in 3D aswell, loved it! I loved the LOTRs film but I think I actually preferred The Hobbit Bilbo>Frodo tbh

..yes, you've always been my oracle LK.....I'm looking forward to watching it..my son's a huge LOTR fan..but he also said this was equally as good, if not slightly better...

Had me going for a sec saw location and realised you cannot be the real Sméagol cause he lived in the caves/mountains you nearly had me there
