Jasc Animation Shop 3, comes free with PSP9 if you buy it in the shops, though I'm sure it's floating around on the 'net somewhere.

cheers ziola on your second sig...how do you make those lines that flick left to right,I've got ani shop 2,is it possible to create the same sort of thing even though mine's a earlier program?

Hmm.. if you right click the frames and click "Apply Effects" (making sure you've got all the frames selected) you should be able to add "Scratches" but I'm not sure if that's possible in earlier versions..
