Thumbs down Video Evidence of how the Producers have tried to make the show more PC.

Have a look at how these arguments were allowed to escalate through the years - up until now. Ultimately, ruining the reality aspect of Big Brother - and not allowing arguments to escalate. Yes I understand they need to enforce the rules [even though the producers themselves insist on ******ing breaking them] - but I mean they need to allow the housemates to be able to go abit crazy and have huge rows, without sh*tting themselves about complaints and breaking up every little argument!

I remember when we first got the news of Big Brother's move, everyone thought Channel 5 would bring the show back to it's BB5 days because CH5 are 'ruthless'. Well weren't we wrong.
Take a look;

Big Brother 5 | 2004

Housemates go absolutely mental, furniture is wrecked, plates are thrown and this continues for a good hour - until Big Brother eventually calls in security. Had the whole Nation talking afterwards.

Big Brother 9 | 2008

Housemates kick off, Big Brother only steps in once Dennis spits in Mohammed's face - and even after this, Darnell is allowed to go crazy in the Luxury Bedroom which could of easily escalated. Definitely one of BB9's highest talking points.

Celebrity Big Brother 9 | 2012

Girls in the house scream at eachother, this is allowed to carry on for hte rest of the night with Big Brother trying to keep a hand on the situation, and managing to restore order.

Celebrity Big Brother 11 | 2013

All Razor does is raise his voice at Spencer, and Big Brother feels the need to issue him with a formal warning.. Logic.

fast forward to 28:00

And people were saying Razor should have been thrown out for that

It was tame compared to old series.

Watching the BB5 and BB9 ones gives me shivers. Especially BB5.

BB has been dumbed down so much. C5, the scum BOTS crowd and even some of the members on this forum want it to be a 'fun' show.

We weren't wrong, it's the closest it's been since, there certainly isn't the compliance of BB8-UBB.

BB8 and BB9 had far bigger rows that if they happened nowadays, they would be stopped within a second though?

A typical argument from BB8 would be labelled 'fight night 3' nowadays by Jamie East and some of the fan sites

Although it was a ridiculous series, one of the best arguments ever:

Charley: You're pathetic!
Brian: Am pafetic? YOU'RE A CLOWN LOVE! YOU'RE A CLOWN!

Oh god, no not Charley

I still don't see how anyone can watch the Speidi vs the house video, and see them as the aggressive/bullying ones, when it was Rylan and Razor who got it to that level.

Anyone remember Sezer getting evicted 90% of the vote

Hahaha i've recently started rewatching BB9 and when it got spit-gate, it made me feel all sad...i just miss the old crazy days so much. if that series was on C5, they would of given Dale a warning for telling Rex to get out of the room and the whole fight would of never happened

They didn't break up the argument though, Razor already left the room. Don't quite see your point.

Charley would have been ejected within a week... her fights were brilliant but now BB ****s himself if the housemates raise their voice. If it was on 5 Chanel would have been gone for calling charlie "scruffy slut"

The fact he was given a formal warning for 'Raising his voice' is what I mean.

Razor has a bit of a past of being a hard man and he probably has it in to completely lose it though, I think they would have done the same in any series

BB5 fight night is legendary and will go down in BB history. What makes me laugh is that when the fights used to erupt and they would be in fancy dress....it's hard to take people seriously when they are dressed as clowns etc....
