We've got a lot of Russians in the country thanks to the open door policy. There has been quite a rise in people-trafficking and drugs gangs from eastern Europe, many of those criminal gangs being Russian... so... thanks for the advice. Do we get a chance to tell them what we think is wrong with their country?
