Default Do you take food seriously

Do you take what foods you eat, the amount you eat and at what time you eat seriously?
or do you eat what you want, when you want and as much as you want?

Yep I eat pretty healthily. I'm very happy with my diet at the moment and I do have treats. However I could never eat what I wanted, I think my metabolism would quickly get overwhelmed, if I could I would have a lot more junk food, as it is I have some once every one or two months.

Mealtimes are around the same time each day, give or take an hour or two.

We don't add salt to the meals we cook, instead we add spices and herbs for flavour. And I get plenty of veg and fresh fruit. I don't snack during the day, again I guess I would if I could eat without worrying about the consequences.

I could cut down on coffee and not drink sugar free red bull (I think I've about four cans a week), and I suppose I could have more water, I drink about a pint of it a day but I think I'm meant to have about double that.

We eat a decent diet of mostly home made food so we know exactly what goes in it, plenty of veg and fruit but I wouldn't say we were too strict with it we do eat junk food every now and then.

I need to eat more healthily. I just live off pizza and pasta. I should eat more veggies and fruit.

I wish I had more self control over the food I eat, haha. I started exercising a lot, and it makes me so much more hungrier

I'm also trying to cut out pepsi and drink more green tea and water, but it's so hard! :'(

I've had an eating disorder for many years so yes i do, its very subconcious even if i dont want to think about it, i will do anyway, and end up feeling guilty for whatever i have consumed
It is better nowadays though, i focus on my studies and that seems to put my mind at ease, but i do have days of relapse, where i just won't eat or drink anything at all and get super paranoid
i wish i could just eat anything and not give it a second thought tbh!

I've made lots of changes this year and they're paying off, I actually love the way I eat, my taste buds have changed and milk chocolate tastes far too sickly and sweet to eat more than 3 cubes of a bar!
I have spent time devising dishes I love that benefit me the most.

The only thing I try to avoid day to day is processed food.. I do try to cook most meals from scratch so I know exactly what we're eating... I'm not obsessed with it though and if we fancy a McDonald's or Pizza Hut then we go ahead and have one.

Well you say eat what you want. But I don't like eating rubbish so yeah? I generally eat quite healthy, home cook everything, lots of veg and all the rest. But I eat a lot of carbs and probably more cheese than I should.

I only have take away a few times a year though and I don't eat junk food that much or like fizzy drink and I'm a vegetarian which generally seems to be healtier. Though I do bake quite a bit because in my head if it's home cooked it has to be somewhat better than shop bought stuff.

Anyways, take food seriously, I'd say yeah.
