Default Cough & flu remedies
omg well I've randomly gotten the flu today and my chest feels sore now too I've taken paracetamols and have been wearing a jumper + socks all day but it's just getting worse, what are some good remedies

If you have a bad throat, sucking on chocolate works fantastically. Its how I got through tonsillitis regularly when younger. It coats the back of your throat and somehow that stops the pain
