I seem to have forgotton how to put an avatar and signature on here. can anyone help me please?

Open up User CP, at the top of the page. It gives you all the options.

If you have a jpeg on your comp that you'd like to use, just upload it. Or, download a pic to your comp and then upload it!

Im sure ages ago I had a nikki Graeme one which I got from here, maybe its changed.

Mizzy find an image you like on google or somewhere else then upload it to the forum in the signature part that Marc linked you to or you can go to an image hosting site to upload it and use the link on here.
