[Brian, the talking dog in TV cartoon Family Guy, has been brought back to life. The popular character was killed by a car in an episode broadcast on November 25 and was replaced as the Griffin family's dog by a canine called Vinny. More than 150,000 people signed an online petition to revive the character, and on Sunday night he reappeared in the series. Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane tweeted afterwards: "Thanks for caring so much about the canine Griffin. He is overcome with gratitude.] http://news.sky.com/story/1183054/fa...t-back-to-life People Power |

Yeah, the producer said we'd have to be ****ing high to genuinely believe he would die.

It's obvious that it was pre-planned, Family Guy writers produce stories 4-5 months in advance, the whole 'we brought him back for the fans' is nonsense lol

Meh. I was quite happy to embrace Brian's death but the replacement was awful, they needed something better. Maybe a really smug, sarcastic pet cat that made Chris or Meg a bit more relevant and it hated Stewie or something. Brian's an okay character, bit rubbish to bring him back now though after the whole emotional goodbye thing.
