Default Do You Put Milk in Your Omelettes?
I usually put a splash in but I completely forgot to add it the last time, and it took me ages to realise why it was different. It was MUCH better tbh

Ive answered yes but actually I don't. its a scrambled egg I put milk in. omellete a tablespoon of water.

Us professionals always add a splash of cold water, helps to lighten it.

Cooking an omelette was my very first lesson as I remember.
