I doubt they put anyone behind bars for a first offence? did Chris Brown do time? isn't he still making music and in the charts so has he not been allowed to move on?, personally I feel there is a world of difference between smacking a stranger and beating up someone you purport to love.

Cheryl Cole has brushed off speculation that she will return to the X Factor judging panel.

The Girls Aloud singer - who left the show after its seventh series in 2010 - has been repeatedly linked to a new job on the competition over the last few years.
