For ages now Linda has been riding Jim hard. He has bitten his tongue about why she hates him. I think he has had enough and people need to know why she hates him. He let it out so her hatred now makes sense. Jim was instrumental in getting her hubby arrested and fined for theft and Jim wanted everyone to know why just in case people think it was anything to do with violence or sexism etc etc.

I guess you can see it from Jims point of view if he thought she was getting people to hate him pretending it was to do with acts that Jim has left in the past. Now its out maybe people will not need to pontificate about why she is so mean to him and he can address her anger on a different level..

Yeah I'm sure that's not the only reason. Let's not act like he's a likeable lovely person.

I think it would be naive not to believe it plays a huge part in her attitude towards him.

Yeah I agree, of course she hates him because of his role in her husband's arrest. The fact he's also a grumpy arsehole with his own set of personal problems only adds to why she hates him; but she's bitter about what he did, not about who he is - if it were only the latter then she'd be actively trying to cause fights with plenty of other housemates, but she isn't, it's just Jim she's been gunning for. It's understandable but it's also a bit sad to watch.

Enlighten me please. Do you have evidence of anything else or are you just guessing. Seems to me like there is way too many people making up stories just to make HM,s supporters look daft.

No evidence, but perhaps she doesn't like his breast cancer jokes seeing she went through treatment herself and her sister died from it.

Comedians tend to walk the line between humour and offense and often offend one group or another in doing so. Unpleasant for those offended but if we are all honest, we have all at some point in our lives had a conversation, laughed at a joke or cracked a joke that would have been extremely offensive to one of the many groups of people out there. I remember as a teenager laughing at the cherry blossom and fridge joke and only realising as an adult how hurtful that could be to others. You live and learn.

Linda is manipulative, she could have let others decide on their opinions about Jim but no at the beginning she had to try and make a coven, telling others how he was etc bringing their history to everyone when their was no need.
Yes it was Wrong for Jim to bring it up, but Linda has been sniping for ages.

Normally I try to see the sides of all in a dispute.

I hate people who are no longer alive being dragged into things when they cannot comment back.
However Linda is well versed as to what happened in this issue with her Husband and she chose not to enlighten us as to what happened and was well able to speak for her Husband.

Personally,I wish Jim had held his tongue,especially as to Luisa,the gossip monger, but I am sorry to say that for me Linda got a little of what was overdue to her as to this, she has been running Jim down from even before they were officially in the house and to others too to get them onside, even some nominations for Jim are by people saying they have no problem with him but he upset Linda..

She has pushed too far and I have therefore only the slightest sympathy for her as to what occurred between her and Jim as to the highlights tonight.

She knows what she's doing. She wants Jim to snap, so he'll get thrown out. She's very manipulative and calculating. The worse kind of people.

I agree and Jims poo pah tonight might be news for a short while but when it all comes out in the wash, I think Linda will shoot herself in her foot again and again. Jim can overcome this if he is right in what he said and I guess he is according to bb. It wasn't his finest hour but seems like most people are giving him some rope due to the constant barrage of crap he has endured from the poison she spouts.

Hopefully it all pans out and the fun comes back into the one liner put downs. He was doing a great demolition job on her with those bullets, he doesent need this ****.

Jim was thrown out of a club because he had a big bust up with her hubby probably over him being a thief. He said this on air early in the show so the frank carson thing has come up but Linda walked away from it. Now who is being deceptive. Seems that Linda can hide things but Jims past is open 24/7 for scrutiny
