Default Can you make cheese sauce with just cheese and milk?

Too lazy to go out today. Edam cheese and alpro milk to be exact

Has has been said you need flour and butter and maybe a pinch of grated nutmeg

Keep a bit of the pasta water back when you have drained it. Add a bit of milk to the pasta & a bit of the pasta water, stir then add all your cheese and stir until the cheese has melted.
