Go to the App Store, search emoji and download this app



It should explain how it works on the description but when you get your keyboard up press the globe button near to the space bar and it changes the keyboard so you can use them

they're emotes mainly found on iPhones/iPads etc (the only other place I'm aware of is whatsapp) and can basically be typed anywhere as it comes up on the keyboard
