Default School Subjects

Reading another thread made me think of this, I see so many people mentioning school subjects that I have never even heard of so what subjects did you or do you have at high school?

We had...

Music
Tech (This was woodworking, graphic design and tech studies alternating each week)
Geography/Modern Studies/History (Alternating)
Business Studies/Home Economics (Alternating)
Chemistry/Biology/Physics (Alternating)
