As soon as City scored pretty much. There were points in the second half when we got the best of them but overall they were just a lot more clinical.

Could have been a whole different story if Lambert went for the shot instead of pass to Sturridge in about the 84th minute though.

By the time we play Spurs Arsenal will have been eliminated from the CL, Utd will have been beaten by Burnley, and Chelsea/Everton play eachother so at least 1 of those are dropping points. All negative attention will have been taken away and then Mario will steal the show.
