Nah I doubt it. Would make the whole Killer Nom thing a bit pointless wouldn't it?

Maybe they will give her the power to pass it on but again that would defeat the purpose of the killer nom twist.

Doubtful she would be excused from being up, maybe she will be allowed to nominate a fellow HM to have immunity though.
