It is Steves way of getting the HM's to put Chris up for eviction.

Not forgetting how greedy and unfair Steve has been towards Chris too.

Its just amazing that Helen goes ballistic at Ashleigh the day before and then watches in admiration as Steve totally slags down Chris with no evidence.
