Mark has said to Christopher at least 3 times that if Matthew were still in the house, he would not be so close to him. Does this mean Mark fancies Matthew and if so, isn't Matthew straight (if very camp)?

In as much as Mark is talking in terms of Christopher being replaced by Matthew, then YES!

it doesnt have to be, and I dont think it was but Mark knew what Matthew was and was trying desperately to hide

if he has a g/f, you have to worry about the motives of a girl who would go out with a guy who is blatantly gay

It's possible that he didn't want members of his family finding out that he's gay, it's also just as possible that he is heterosexual and camp.

I wouldn't give anything Mark says much weight or thought. Watching the way he works, it's clear that the "if Matthew hadn't left, Mark wouldn't be close to Christopher" line was fed to him in conversation by someone else.

He does this all the time like a bitchy, self-obsessed parrot completely void of original thought.

The greatest example of this was a few weeks ago while the housemates were laying around outside and Ashleigh sorted out the latest power/eviction twist. As she reached the end of her theory, Mark interrupted by letting out one of his over the top gasps, said he had a psychic something-or-other and repeated back what Ashleigh had just said almost verbatim.

The latest example came after Christopher sat him down this week and told him other people could fight their own fights. Mark has regurgitated this one line about 200 times since.
