Firstly, why weren't we shown this?

Secondly, how did she, or the others, ascertain that it was poo?

Oh ffs its obvious if someone has poop on their hands its a pretty brutal stench.

Stephanie isn't lying obviously we just weren't shown it. It does explain why the housemates have been reacting towards him the way they have though.

Maybe he just has difficulty cleaning himself up, with his physical disabilities. So long as he washes his hands thoroughly what does it matter. Age is something that comes to us all, its still not an excuse to bully someone.

We saw it vocalised. It was after the chicken event. BB can't go back in time and stop Gary from touching the food.
