James is horrible
i cant stand him
he slags people down yet he's the one interrupting them all the time with his overbearing self and being condescending
he's the worst 1 there
he's too arrogant and cocky and behaves like a total idiot
and he'll probably win because secretly Sugar obviously sees himself in him and keeps giving him extra chances

I think Id attach 'arrogant' more so to Mark before James. Although he was great at sales.
