Because he's an utter tosser who hasn't shown a shred of talent as a business man. He's still in because Alan Sugar sees a bit of himself in James (most likely the ego) and honestly people only like him because he's apparently good looking.

I never like his type of character, he would be like Kirk Norcross or Arron from normal BB. I'd rather watch somebody with more than one dimension to their personality.

I would literally rather watch someone who wasn't regarded as 'attractive' but had a good personality, than watch someone 'attractive' who was a massive douchecanoe.
