Default Vote to Save?

A little thought i had.

If we had to vote to save rather than to Evict - Could it make the show more interesting? Less Interesting? Or would it change a lot?

The reason i ask is 'I'm a Celeb' has Save voting and there have been so many shocks and surprises in the Evictions, some good and some bad. Would it have the same effect on BB? The 'I'm a Celeb' voting usually means we see the less entertaining characters voted out early e.g Mike Read, Tommy Cannon and Chris Bisson.

I would love to have seen the outcome of some of the Evictions had to vote been to save - like Sezer's, Lisa's, Mikey/Susie's and Nikki's.

We have had Save voting before like in CBB3. It had the same outcome as the polls predicted had it been a Evict vote so had no effect, same with the Michael/Spirals eviction in Week 10 of BB7.

Maybe for CBB5 we should try the Aussie voting. This year in Australia they introduced a new voting system. Viewers could vote to Save and Evict. When the votes closed all the save votes were deducted from a housemates evict votes leaving us with a merged vote.
