I most often have a banana sandwich and a cuppa at around 4.45 when the devil dog gets her dinner

Sometimes its just mashed or sliced nana

sometimes its with peanut butter

sometimes its with set honey

Now and then I use philadephia

I can mash up the banana pretty good before I open it and then it spreads easy

The thought of anything with bananas makes me feel ill.

I remember liking bananas as a kid, but now can't stand them. And even when I did like them, I never liked things like banana milkshake, banana sandwiches, etc.

My craving when I was pregnant with my son was banana and treacle sarnies.

On a sadder note, I am not allowed bananas nowadays due to kidney failure, however I do cheat if we have a homemade curry and slice half a banana on top and sprinkle coconut on top. (Another banned food for me)

Toast the bread, then spread some smooth peanut butter, then slices of banana. It's divine
