If Bobby killed Lucy accidentally during an argument, he's only a kid, it's not like he's going to get sent down for it. Seems a bit of an extreme thing to do, to move her body and keep that secret

He either didn't realise that she was dead, or was covering up for Cindy, now that would be a good twist.

I don't think Bobby realised what he'd done (killed her completely), I think Jane covered it up out of fear etc. and found herself wrapped up in all of the lies, hence why she was acting really nervous during her wedding.

I agree with smudgie about being in panic mode, it didn't help that Ian was upstairs sleeping whilst his daughter was dead downstairs

She wanted to protect the rest of the family from the truth I guess.

It would have made more sense if it was a purely accidental death that Bobby wasn't aware he caused since Jane would have more reason to cover it up to protect Bobby from knowing what he had done.
