has anyone ever tried this? there are loads of videos on youtube i used this one last night
it sort of works idk they don't half talk some **** though and i think its just focusing on someones voice that helps you get to sleep not the content of what they are saying because he started talking about time travel and being trapped in a rainbow for 100 years or s/t i was like urm i tried this one first and it was really freaking me out
