Default Battle of the benches

FIGHT!!!!!

'Pete wishart of snp fame sitting on labour front bench and refusing to move. Isn't it all just so grown up?'

'3 Labour MPs inc Dennis Skinner back on the opp front bench which SNP want.SNP source:"They are likely to become a feature on SNP benches"

Who would you prefer?

The SNP should not be on the front benches and they certainly shouldn't be trying to take Skinner's spot, the man has sat there for decades

Wish his bench was outside in the park

But yes, laughable that the SNP are trying to bully their way in to opposition status when they are not the largest opposition party. It is a sign of things to come, I don't think its going to be pleasant

Why can't they just take up the seats the 60+ Lib Dems had between 2005 and 2010.

No need for all this nonsense and they should leave Dennis Skinner where he has always been too.

I think the time he has been in parliament he is due a little respect and age doesn't come into it.
He is there because his constituents endlessly support him, some of the younger MPs would love to have the support he has been able to hold onto for decades.

Skinner is a legend, I love MPs like him. Might disagree with every one of his views but he's an incredibly dedicated and principled politician and that is to be respected

I've never agreed with anything he has said in parliament, but I do respect his dedication and support. People should leave him alone and show the respect he deserves.
