What would have happened if that thing didn't happen, decisions were made differently and choices took a different path? Things like what would have happened if a certain housemate didn't walk or something. Which series' could have turned out differently if one tiny detail was changed?

I'd personally like to know what would have happened if Shabhaz and Dawn didn't leave in BB7. Aisleyne and Sam probably wouldn't have been introduced, which means that the HND twist could have played out differently and Jonathan could've stayed over somebody else. Jayne may have never made it in and thus Nikki would have made it to the final (probably).

What are some "alternate realities" that you can come up with? Is there anything you would've liked to have turned out differently?
